I joined Samjay as an Operations & Customer Support Assistant, tasked with strengthening back-office processes and improving communication between the company and its customers. Here’s a breakdown of the areas I handled:
1. Invoicing and Payment Follow-up
Created a reliable system for preparing invoices using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Designed a structured invoice tracker that logged client names, invoice numbers, dates issued, amounts, and payment status.
Sent out invoices on time and followed up with clients whose payments were delayed.
Coordinated with the finance officer to reconcile invoices with bank statements.
2. Client Order Updates and Communication
Provided order status updates to clients via email, WhatsApp Business, and calls.
Used professional templates for messages to ensure communication was fast, consistent, and clear.
Liaised with the logistics team to confirm dispatches, delivery times, and any delays—so I could keep customers informed in real-time.
