Overview:
This project showcases how I handled customer queries, managed product orders, and coordinated with suppliers to ensure timely delivery in a simulated e-commerce setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing:
Used Google Sheets alongside shopify to track customer orders, confirm stock availability, and generate invoices.
2. Customer Communication:
Responded to client emails using pre-set templates for order updates, delays, and follow-ups.
3. Inventory Management:
Updated inventory tracker weekly and flagged low-stock items for restocking.
4. Tools Used:
o Gmail for customer support
o Google Sheets for order/inventory tracking
o MS Word for order summaries and internal memos
