Job Description:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will work closely with team members and management to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer experiences. This position requires exceptional multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
2. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
3. Assist with social media management, content creation and scheduling
7. Provide general administrative support as required by the team

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
2. Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
3. Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
4. Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality
