We’re seeking a detail-oriented communicator to support our members, manage internal processes, and grow into creating design-related content. You’ll help learners daily while developing skills in writing, organization, and content creation.

Responsibilities
• Provide prompt, friendly support via email, chat, and social media.
• Collaborate on writing, editing, and documentation projects.
• Maintain and improve internal knowledge resources.
• Identify and streamline workflows to enhance member experience.
• Share member insights to improve services and retention.
• Take ownership of tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Learn to create engaging educational materials like articles and templates.

Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Interest in design and UX with a desire to learn.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, proactive, and based in the EMEA time zone.

• Experience writing, teaching, or creating content.
