We are launching a YouTube channel and need a creative video editor to join us long-term. You will edit 5 videos per month (gaming, food adventures, storytelling). Must use Premiere Pro, have reliable internet, and deliver clean, engaging edits. This is a part-time role with stable monthly pay (Kes 19,425 – Kes 32,360) and room to grow with the channel

Video Editor Wanted – Build Our YouTube Channel with Us (Long-Term)

Description:
We are starting a brand-new YouTube channel. We’re looking for a talented video editor who wants to grow with us long-term. We are not just hiring an editor—we are looking for a creative partner to help us shape this channel from the ground up.

We will create 3 main types of videos:

1. Gaming Competitions (FIFA/FC25) – edited like mini-documentaries.
2. Food Adventures – fun, high-energy, full of memes and fast cuts.
3. Storytelling & Reaction – clean, simple, professional edits.
4. We will publish about 5 videos per month (10–20 minutes each).

Responsibilities:
1. Edit 5 long-form videos per month.
2. Add captions, memes, zooms, sound design.
3. Balance audio, color grade, and add b-roll.
4. Create thumbnails and graphics.
5. Deliver videos within 5 days of receiving raw footage.

Requirements:
1. Experience editing for YouTube.
2. Must use Premiere Pro.
3. Reliable computer + strong internet (must be able to upload/download large files).
4. Passionate about video editing and willing to grow as the channel grows.

Compensation:
1. KES 19,425– KES 32,361/month (retainer).
2. Paid monthly, on time.
3. Long-term partnership with growth opportunities.
