Job Description:

I run a fast-growing TikTok account in the lifestyle space that receives hundreds of DMs. I’ve already prepared a full library of pre-written replies and scripts in my exact tone of voice.

I’m looking for a reliable VA to:
1. Log into my TikTok account daily (secure access provided)
2. Reply to 100–200 DMs per day using the existing reply bank
3. Follow clear guidelines for when to escalate messages to me (e.g., gig offers, collaboration requests, or high-value opportunities)
4. Maintain a fun, casual, and engaging tone — never robotic

Requirements:
1. Strong written English (must write naturally, not stiff or overly formal)
2. Ability to follow a playbook and stay consistent with tone of voice
3. Trustworthy with account access

Scope of Work:
1. Initial project: Clear a backlog of ~1,000 messages (around 10 days at 100/day)
2. Ongoing work: 1–2 hours/day to manage new incoming DMs
