Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Email Customer Support Representative to assist customers across our Shopify stores. You will manage product inquiries, order tracking, and post-purchase concerns with a helpful, solution-oriented approach.

-Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
- Handle product inquiries, refunds, tracking updates, and related issues
- Resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain a friendly, supportive tone in every interaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in email support
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Positive, coachable attitude with a desire to grow
- Self-starter, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable meeting realistic KPIs
- Reliable internet connection
Position Details
- 7–8 hours per day
- Full-time schedule (7 days per week)
