Responsibilities
1..Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and Intercom.
2. Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues as needed.
3. Maintain deep product knowledge to support users effectively.
4. Collaborate with internal teams for quick resolutions.
5. Track feedback and help improve processes.
