Job Description:

As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to our founder and core team, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Expect a mix of recurring admin tasks and project-based support, including:

1. Managing email inboxes and scheduling meetings
2. Handling light customer support (we’ll train you!)
3. Updating spreadsheets, documents, and internal dashboards
4. Posting and moderating content on LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms
5. Researching tools, competitors, or potential partners
6. Helping with small admin tasks related to Stripe, Notion, and email campaigns

What We’re Looking For

You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions. You enjoy supporting others and get satisfaction from crossing things off the list.
Bonus points if you already love AI tools or want to be part of the future of work.

Must-haves:
1. Excellent written English
2. Strong organizational skills
3. Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
4. Able to manage your own time reliably in a remote environment
5. Comfortable working async with occasional check-ins
