Virtual Assistant (Remote)
Job Description:
This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who may have limited experience but are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
· Accurately process customer purchase orders in a timely manner
· Maintain and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy and availability
· Monitor and manage the flow of incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring deadlines are met
· Communicate with customers to provide updates, resolve queries, and track delivery progress
· Prepare and generate professional invoices for customers based on completed orders
· Assist with general administrative duties to support smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus
