Job Description:

We are seeking a smart, highly organized, and resourceful assistant to support us in managing daily operations, scheduling, communication, and task coordination across multiple projects. You’ll work directly with the founders of a growing wellness brand that includes yoga studios, spa and retreats.

This is a long-term role for someone who is a great communicator, loves structure, and thrives in a fast-moving environment with lots of variety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendar and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
• Monitor and respond to emails professionally and promptly
• Organize travel logistics (flights, accommodations, itineraries)
• Create and update SOPs, documents, and spreadsheets
• Coordinate with team members and vendors
• Assist with social media scheduling and basic content organization
• Conduct research as needed
• Provide weekly reports and follow-ups on key tasks

Ideal Candidate:
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Highly detail-oriented and self-driven
• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, Trello/Asana, Notion, Canva, etc.)
• Has previous experience as an executive assistant or virtual assistant
• Has reliable internet and is available for regular check-ins

Hours:
Full-time (40 hours/week) with at least 3–4 hours overlap with Eastern Time.

Salary:
$800–$1,000 USD/month depending on experience
