Key Responsibilities:
πΉ Deputizing β Represent the Principal in their absence and support executive decision-making.
πΉ Student Affairs β Oversee student discipline, support services, and organise events that enrich student life.
πΉ Staff Management β Assist with staff development, appraisals, and performance oversight.
πΉ Administrative & Financial Oversight β Support financial planning, budgeting, and infrastructure development.
πΉ Strategic Leadership β Contribute to strategic planning, curriculum development, and the maintenance of academic standards.

β Strong administrative, organisational, and interpersonal skills
