Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team for peak performance.
- Acquire new clients and build strong relationships with existing ones.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to guide sales planning.
- Monitor sales performance and generate actionable reports.
- Clearly communicate the value of our financial products to clients.
- Handle key customer relationships and resolve any client issues.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and credit teams.
- Organize training sessions to improve team skills and product knowledge.
- Manage the sales budget and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–7 years of sales experience in microfinance or financial services.
- Proven track record in hitting sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Solid understanding of microfinance and financial products.
