Budget: Ksh. 35,000 Net

Our client, a well-known mobile phone and accessories retailer, is looking for a customer-focused Sales Attendant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, strong product knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally and warmly
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable phones/accessories
- Explain product features, model differences, and pricing clearly
- Process transactions accurately across multiple payment options
- Upsell add-ons like chargers, cases, and headphones
- Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently
- Keep shelves stocked, displays neat, and sales area tidy
- Support stocktaking and report low or slow-moving stock
- Stay updated on new products and mobile trends
- Build rapport with customers and promote repeat business
- Work toward personal and team sales targets
- Stay alert to potential theft and report concerns discreetly
- Assist in promos, product launches, and busy periods

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years’ retail experience (preferably in phones or electronics)
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Confident, approachable, and well-presented
- Good knowledge of mobile tech and accessories
- Able to multitask in fast-paced retail environments
- Reliable, self-motivated, and service-driven
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed
