Job Description:

Reports to: Managing Director

Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, manage cash flow, and provide strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, analytical skills, and a solid background in accounting and finance management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure data accuracy
2. Prepare timely financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
3. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
4. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making
5. Ensure compliance and maintain internal controls
6. Manage cash flow and liquidity; provide weekly updates to MD
7. Supervise supply chain efficiency and stock control
8. Coordinate external audits and statutory filings
9. Lead and develop the finance team; track KPIs and improve processes
10. Contribute to financial strategy and business growth initiatives

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting + CPA/ACCA; ICPAK membership required
2. 5+ years’ experience in finance; 2+ years in a senior role
3. Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, and internal controls
4. Proficient in ERP systems and financial tools
5. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
6. High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to drive change
