About the Role
We’re seeking a Fullstack Developer to lead the development of our eCommerce platform. You'll handle everything from back-end data management to front-end user interfaces, working with cross-functional teams to deliver a secure, high-performance shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (PHP, MySQL) features
- Customize CS-Cart themes, plugins, and add-ons
- Optimize performance (server scripts, database queries, and front-end assets)
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing code
- Integrate third-party APIs (payments, ERP, marketing tools)
- Ensure security, data protection, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with teams to turn business needs into scalable solutions
- Write clean, well-documented code and maintain technical documentation
- Mentor junior developers and uphold code quality standards
- Provide regular updates and solutions to the management team

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of PHP development
- Strong experience with CS-Cart (customization, add-ons, optimization)
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular is a plus)
- Familiar with MySQL, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD workflows
- Skilled in troubleshooting performance, security, and scalability issues
- Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:
- Experience with other eCommerce or marketplace platforms
- Knowledge of Docker or virtualization tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices
