Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled UX Writer to craft clear, engaging, and user-focused copy for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user experience and knows how to write content that helps users navigate seamlessly.

You’ll work closely with designers and product managers to ensure the messaging aligns with our brand voice while improving overall usability. If you excel at writing concise, impactful copy that connects with users, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Write user-facing copy—such as buttons, error messages, and help content—using a friendly, approachable tone (~20 hours/week focused on refining and improving copy).

1/ Day-One Task:
- Review the existing UI text and fix at least one unclear label or error message immediately.

2/First-Week Tasks:
- Develop a tone and voice guide.
- Rewrite key copy in high-impact areas (e.g., onboarding flows, error messages).
- Gather feedback from the team and iterate based on input.
