Job Description:

We're looking for someone to organize a set of messages and PDF files from various service providers into a clean, easy-to-use Excel spreadsheet.

Job involves:
- Reading messages and emails with pricing and service info
- Extracting key details (provider name, email, service, pricing, platform, links, etc.)
- Reading attached PDF files when available and adding missing info
- Structuring everything clearly in Excel so it’s easy to filter and work with

You will be provided with:
- Screenshots or exported message files
- PDFs from service providers
- A sample Excel file to show the desired format

What we’re looking for:
- You have a good eye for detail and are organized
- You’re able to accurately extract information from PDFs and messages
- You can deliver polished work within 1–2 days
