Job Description:

We're looking for a highly communicative and organized Discord Community Manager to lead, grow, and engage our creator-focused community. This full-time, remote/hybrid/in-office role involves moderating, supporting, and inspiring content creators while collaborating with marketing and partnerships teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with and support creators daily
- Curate and share inspirational/educational content
- Approve, onboard, and grow the creator community
- Enforce community guidelines and moderate discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns
- Monitor engagement and provide community insights

Key Metrics:
- 25% community growth per quarter
- 80% member engagement weekly/monthly
- <30 min average response time
- 250 creators onboarded/month
- 30 high-value posts/week

Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Content curation and community engagement expertise
- Proactive in outreach and conflict resolution

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with influencers or social media trends
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
