Job Description:

We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and engaging interfaces for our Telegram-based yield protocol. You'll work closely with our development team to transform complex DeFi concepts into seamless, user-friendly experiences. If you're passionate about simplifying decentralized finance through thoughtful design, we’d love to have you on board.

Responsibilities
- Designed and refined user interfaces for our Telegram Mini App
- Build and maintain design components in Figma
- Simplify complex yield management processes into intuitive user journeys
- Work with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
- Conduct user research and integrate feedback into designs
- Create mobile-first experiences aligned with Telegram’s ecosystem
- Support marketing with visual content for social media & promotions
- Design engaging graphics for Twitter, Telegram, and other platforms

Requirements
- Strong portfolio featuring DeFi/Web3 projects
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Deep understanding of DeFi user behavior and pain points
- Ability to work within CET timezone (+/-4 hours)
- Experience designing mobile-first applications
- Passion for making complex financial tools simple and accessible
- Basic knowledge of social media design principles and trends
