This role requires excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand and replicate issues to effectively communicate with our leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Provide prompt and professional customer support via email, chat, and social media platforms.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently and courteously.

SEO Blog Writing:
Write and edit SEO-optimized blog posts.

Research relevant keywords and implement them effectively within content to improve search engine rankings.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive traffic and engagement.

Software Quality Assurance:
Perform thorough testing of our software products to identify bugs, glitches, and usability issues.

Document and report issues with detailed descriptions, steps to reproduce, and potential solutions.

Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.

Technical Communication:
Clearly and effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and support articles to assist customers and reduce support requests.

Provide feedback to the development team on user experience and software performance.
