Job Description:

We are searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with email and social media management for our three online stores. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in handling customer inquiries, ensuring prompt responses, and maintaining a high level of professionalism across email and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Manage email inboxes for three online stores
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Prioritize and organize incoming emails effectively
- Coordinate with the executive team regarding important emails and tasks
- Maintain detailed records and logs of all email communications
- Respond to direct messages and comments on Instagram and Facebook
- Engage with customers on social media platforms in a friendly and helpful manner
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience in email management, customer service, or social media management roles
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media management tools is a plus
- Proficiency in English is required

Duration and Compensation:
This is a part-time, hourly position with an estimated workload of 3-4 hours every two days. Compensation will be discussed based on experience and qualifications
