Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced email strategist to join our team. As a strategist, you will be responsible for leading retention strategy across up to 10 six/seven figure accounts.

You will manage and optimize our email marketing campaigns using the Klaviyo platform, playing a key role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and maximize the effectiveness of our email, SMS, and direct mail marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
1) Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including pop-up, flow, campaign planning, and segmentation. You will also own results that include (but are not limited to) subscriptions, memberships, and mobile app performance.

2) Implement best practices for email marketing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall email performance.

3) Analyse campaign metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of email marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

4) Segment and manage customer lists based on behaviour, preferences, and demographics to deliver targeted and personalized content.

5) Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling and engaging email content, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.

6) Stay updated with industry trends, new features, and best practices in retention marketing and Klaviyo to continuously optimize campaigns.
