Job Description:

We would like to request for the development of an POS system for the management of our two gaming cafés.
Below are the requested features of the proposed system:

Console and PC management
System should allow one to manage multiple consoles, see which ones are occupied and which ones are available. Should also have start and stop timer capability for each object representing an individual console. The figure below is an example of a similar system.
User should provide password before starting the timer of a station

Editable play rates
Where you can decide how to charge for computer and console use. Charge by minute, by time blocks, decrease prices for longer use, schedule time of day.

Employee Account Management
System should come with different access levels like Administrator, Operator, Manager, Technical, Cashier, and configurable access rights.

Additional POS features include
- Point of sale for food and product sales
- Sales reporting (end of day report)
- Customer management and loyalty points awarding and redemption
- Stock management
- Expenses management
- Receipt printing
- Printer management
