I need a Cyber Cafe Management System with Payment modules included
Job Description:
I am running cyber Cafes and I want a system that is centrally managed from the Master PC and manages and bills the use of computers.
BIlling for computer time is billed by the minute with a minimum of 10 minutes
I want the system also to bill Printing based on the Choice of Printer ( black and white or coloured)
I want payment modules incorporated: esp MPESA Prompts on the PC and it appears on the computer. The system should also generate Service Tickets, like a POS to serve certain listed services. This is an admin function and only the administrator /Cashier should get this.
The service tickets should have a way of being entered in the computers my staff who are serving have. the same way banks generate service tickets that direct you to tellers. This is to help know which service letter served what tickets to see the speed of service.
If possible, I would want a system that can create OTPS for accessing the computer, but this isn't such a priority
