Job Description:

We are in need of an SMS and USSD system; the system shall have the following features
Features of the SMS system
The SMS system shall have the following features;
The system shall be a web app that has both the front end and a web app
The SMS system shall support the uploading of users and messages using excel files
The SMS system shall send and receive messages; i.e. two-way system
There should be a simple USSD system that can prompt people to accept that they are ready to receive messages

The system shall have approval levels as follows;
(1) The second login level shall be assigned to an approver of the messages being sent
(2) First level shall be a sender who shall be managing the sending and receiving of
messages
The SMS system should be hosted in a reputable web hosting company preferably Digital Ocean
Nuru Kenya shall explicitly own the login credentials of the web hosting
The USSD and SMS systems should be hosted by a reputable
The system should adhere to data protection standards

For you to qualify for this job, you shall have the following;
You must have a registered business
You must have a KRA compliant certificate
You must provide at least two references of people you have worked for
You must sign our anti-fraud policy agreeing that you will not be involved in Fraud
