Job Description:

A web application that will be used to capture students data and send results via sms or email;

DETAILS:
1.create a good user interface design with a dashboard, sign in, signup, tables with CRUD operations.
2. select students in a table and select send message, text box to pop, type and click send.
3. implement a listener to process delivery report asynchronously.
4. reporting module
5. users and students are different.
6. ability to work with api integration
7. keep history of all messages sent, and their cost splitting mechanism
8. implement a fee management module
9. implement a student performance per subject module
10. code should be well commented and a technical documentation provided for easy debugging and maintenance.

TECHNOLOGY:
1. Play framework (v2.2.6) for java (angular 6 can be considered too)

4. rabbitMQ to queue messages
