Job Description:

So I Have a simple Laravel vue Project needed in a week, like by Friday. Its a freelance writers web app. The requirements are: Multiuser system (Atleast three users i.e client freelancer and admin), Job notification, picking, approval and review of freelancer, Timing is key.

The catch is that the price is predetermined and not dictated by the user as it is always. so a client would post a job which would give them a price according to type of job and time to complete the job they request which are predetermined. The moment a job is paid for, a count down on the time they choose begins.
They can also raise a ticket to the freelancer that picks their jobs, otherwise to the admin. All communications are accessible to Admin.

The clients' posted jobs would be view-able by the freelancers in a pool where they would grab one up to three jobs and complete within the subject required time. They would also be able to respond to their clients tickets or otherwise the admin. All communications are accessible to Admin.

The admin would intern control everything else including a report to show the clients and freelancers payment history.

Basically this is all I want and my timeline is Friday.

My money is ready if you are ready.
