Job Description:

I need a circuit designed for me, I basically know what I want the circuit to do but I dont know how to design it. after the circuit design, I would like it assembled on a breadboard just to make sure it works.
This is a very small circuit and should have very small components. Voltage and current requirements should be made available after evidence that you can design circuits.
