The client had an idea to build a business management software with a core focus on simplicity and a great user experience. The client had noticed the old legacy systems in the industry and he didn't want any of that. He wanted something fresh that could make work easier for everyone.
So first we started with a thorough market research to establish who were the main players , what were they offering and how would Pinglab, our client, be different.
We noticed two extremes in that industry, there was popular software, like Quickbooks, Sage etc that were designed well, expensive and often had more features than the average business really needed.
On the other hand there were other similar software developed by individuals and lacked support and updates.
We did an analysis of the opportunities in the market and placed his product at the best position both in terms of its design. functionality and pricing.
After strategy was done, we designed then developed the system as planned.
