This project came about when i applied to partake a logo design project from the UN volunteer platform. RUDEC - cameroon an NGO in cameroon accepted my application, RUDEC wanted a simple professional logo to concur with their philosophy which entails empowering the underprivileged rural communities in Cameroon with focus on women and orphaned children.
My main task was to come up with several designs of RUDEC cameroon logo’s that depict their philosophy. My task was to come up with a design that depicts empowered people or people who are happy after being empowered.
After several designs and communication with RUDEC cameroon representative about which design best depicts the philosophy of RUDEC cameroon 2 designs were settled on. The above is used on social media accounts of RUDEC cameroon. the other design is being implemented on the website. a certificate of recognition was offered for this project.
