There was a major problem with faculties not up-to-date with students' data, once one office ie accounts, has their data updated. Ie, if the accounts office receives money from a student, for exams, that amount is reflected in all relevant faculties, and no need to keep showing hardcopy prove of payment.

The system kept data and track of students from the day they set foot in admissions office to their dining. Data regarding each shared across faculties, encouraging paperless processes and growing database for later referencing.

Desktop applications running on windows environment. (.exe), developed in Visual Basic language, with database CRUD services all integrated and working.
