The problem was that the client was a poor communicator.
The solution was to prepare many itineraries and wait for the client to pick the most suitable for them.
Google slides was quite fun to use because there were many designs to choose from.
Time management, problem solving, maintaining calm under pressure and attention to detail are my priority.
