Lee is highly motivated and a pleasure to work with. Syngenta brought him on to lead the development of an agricultural technology platform we built in partnership with Microsoft. He did everything from the gathering of requirements across stakeholders (in the businesses and with users), designing wireframes, creating the app, testing and reporting analytics. He has a broad range of technical and business skills that I have not encountered with other tech partners. I am not an engineer myself, but I have worked in IT consulting and driven many of the IT initiatives here at Syngenta. Lee has the unique ability to deliver on complex technical issues but also the skill of explaining very technical things in an approachable way for non-tech people Lee has a strong professionalism and a very positive attitude that makes him a great person to work with.
