I Implemented the Multi-country feature enabling the application to be scalable and usable across different countries; Also implemented the Ticket feature enabling sales representatives to raise any issues relating to them or customer issues in the field; reduced expensive customer care calls; faster and accurate responses to customer and sales representative issues
