Development of a Kenya Drug Price Indicator (DPI) Guide
Background
The DPI guide should be developed and disseminated to all medical procurement personnel in the county of operation. The guide shall be based on the Kenya Essential Medicines List (KEML).
Project Scope
The DPI guide should display a spectrum of prices from local and international pharmaceutical suppliers, relevant international development organizations, and government agencies. The guide should make comparative pharmaceutical price information more widely available in order to improve transparency and overall efficiency of procurement of medicines.
