There has a been a gap and trust issues between merchants and vendors. If a merchant buys a product online how sure is the vendor going to know s/he will be paid? Or if a merchant pays in advance, how sure will they be that their products will be delivered? And once payment has been done, how soon can the vendor get their money?
This project solved all the above issues in that, in regards to payment, vendors would be able to get their money through USSD or direct MPesa transfer without having to wait until end months. They get their money as soon as its available.
Comparezone works as a mediator in that, all money is paid to them and they'll only make it accessible if the vendor and merchant have all agreed that they're satisfied with the service provided.
