I handled all general administration matters that involved
Local and International travel management and scheduling for the two directors. This involved logistics such as airport transfers, flight booking and hotel reservations at the destination place. Ensuring their comfort and satisfaction through out.
Calendar and schedule management. Using calendly I would schedule their appointmenets and ensure their calendar booking was in order in respect to their availability and urgent matters.
Project management: I was involved in handling all matters Personal Protective Equipment from procurement of the materials, set up and tailoring while overseeing the quality assurance met the set standards.
Supplier management: I managed suppliers contracts through reviewing the set terms of agreement and ensuring their supplies meet the quality standards expected. This also involved managing their prompt payments and contrat renewals.
I also provided monthly reports on sales, payments .
