This project involved creating a simple yet functional Excel-based admin dashboard to help a small business efficiently manage client data. The small business struggled to track client information, project statuses, and follow-up schedules, leading to missed opportunities and inefficiencies. To address this, I designed a user-friendly spreadsheet that consolidates client names, contact details, services requested, current statuses, and next follow-up dates in one place. The dashboard allows for quick updates, easy sorting, and filtering, making it an excellent tool for business owners to stay organized. I used Microsoft Excel, applying clean formatting and structure for clarity and usability.
