Job Description:

We need a software for the hotels and be a Kenyan product. Bellow be our requirements;

FRONT OFFICE
1. Manage bookings for individual and group
2. Receive guest payment via cash, card, mpesa, cheque

FOOD & BEVERAGE
1. Send order to kitchen
2. Generate bill for the guest
3. Receive payment via cash, mpesa, card, post guest bill to the room.

PURCHASING
1. Generate requisition that goes through approval
2. Receive stocks from suppliers and pay them
3. Track stocks in every store.

ACCOUNTS
1. Post income and expenses and get income and expenditure report, trial balance, bank reconciliation etc

HR &PAYROLL.
