Job Description:

We’re a fully remote team spread across the world — from Australia to the US, Thailand, Spain, Germany, Brazil, South Africa, and more. Work from anywhere, in any time zone.

What You’ll Do
You’ll reply to support requests, explain things clearly, and keep a friendly tone — even with frustrated users.

Key Responsibilities
- Reply to customer support tickets.
- Improve and update documentation.
- Share user feedback to help improve the product.
- Write clear bug reports.
- Test new versions of our plugins.
- Occasionally help with tutorials or videos.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written English.
- Strong WordPress experience — including debugging and plugin development.
- Intermediate PHP skills (functions, arrays, APIs).
- Familiarity with WooCommerce, XML, CSV, and XPath.
- Quick learner and comfortable troubleshooting.
- Available at least 20 hours per week.
