Job Description:

Ideally:

1) The user interface should be simple, clean and beautiful.
2) The design should be responsive with ease of navigation.
3) The design artifacts js, css, images and html should be well arranged for reuse (limited/no inline css).
4) Limit or avoid inline css.
5) Reference one version of js script file e.g jQuery, moment.
6) The design should use a variant of a red - #ff00fe, green -#008400, black - #000000.
7) Use of royalty free icons, images and plugins only.
8) The design should have standard css for html controls, forms, widgets(graphs, map, sortable table, captcha, alerts) etc.
9) The design should also have a home page, login, register, forgot password, reset password page design, navigation to/from homepage and navigation within the admin page. Cross browser compatibility is a must.
10) The designer should allow for prototype with one set of reasonable changes from the prototype.
11) The designer should be available for subsequent changes at a reasonable fee in future when required.
12) The theme is for use by a backend developer who is not a designer.
13) The designer is expected to be very good at what they do and know the best practices.
