Job Description:

Looking for a.smart developer to.develop a mobile application, one that can integrate with payment services and possibly have USSD feature.

The app will be robust and should have capacity to withstand mass use with minimal bugs. I will be open for discussion on co-owning the business with the developer in exchange for lower app development cost.
