Job Description:

I need a web-based system that will be able to link writers and clients from all around the globe. The UI and backend must both be very smooth so that the whole system comes off as a professional outfit.

The site should work almost identical to the likes of textbroker.com and writeraccess.com with regard to writer/client management, payment, etc.
